LEADERSHIP

Michael Hall is an Agile Coach/Trainer with 20+ years of Agile experience. His background is in software development and technology leadership. Michael has practical experience in developing/delivering Agile training, leading enterprise scaled Agile transformations (SAFe), Agile process creation for startup companies (Lean Startup), program-level coaching, team Scrum/Kanban coaching, and individual mentoring. Michael holds the following Agile certifications: Certified Scrum Professional SM (CSP-SM), Certified Scrum Professional PO (CSP-PO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I), Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Foundations Instructor (Scrum Alliance), and Path to Agility Facilitator.

Michael holds the following Scaled Agile certifications: Certified LeSS Practitioner, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC6), SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Practitioner (SP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
